🚚 Shipping Questions
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping! If for any reason we’re unable to ship to your country, our team will notify you immediately to make adjustments or issue a full refund. Currently, we do not ship to Russia or Ukraine.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is completely FREE worldwide. Please note that any applicable duties or international fees are non-refundable.
How long does shipping take for U.K orders?
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. You'll receive tracking details shortly after shipment.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! During checkout, simply enter your preferred shipping address. Your billing and shipping addresses can be different.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email 1–2 days after your order is processed. If you haven’t received it after 3 days, reach out to us at support@dealstrys.com.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your purchase is complete. If you included a mobile number, you may also receive confirmation by text.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. You'll be notified with tracking details once your order ships.
Can I change or add items to my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made. If you'd like to purchase more items, please place a new order. For assistance, contact us at support@dealstrys.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please email us as soon as possible at support@dealstrys.com — we ship orders quickly, so cancellations are time-sensitive.
