🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Dealstrys
We want you to love your Dealstrys purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
If your item is in unused, original condition and returned within 15 days of delivery, we’ll gladly accept it.
A 30% restocking fee applies for non-defective items.
Items must include original packaging and all components.
Return shipping label will be provided once your return is approved.
📦 Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📩 How to Start a Return
Email us at support@dealstrys.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with a return label and instructions.
Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.
🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We care about quality and want to make things right!
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Or incorrect
📸 Please email us within 5 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the issue
Your order number
We'll offer a replacement or full refund, with no restocking fee.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization, some products are not eligible for return:
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishables (e.g., flowers, food)
Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)
Hazardous or flammable materials

🔄 Exchanges
Want something different? The quickest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
