If it’s been more than 15 business days since your order shipped and you haven’t received it:

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with incorrect addresses.


🛡️ Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but is missing:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact your local postal carrier.

  3. If suspected stolen, consider filing a report.

While we’re not liable for stolen/lost packages, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just email us!


📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.
📸 Email a photo and your order number to support@dealstrys.com within 30 days, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund — your choice!


❌ Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. After this, your order is already in motion and can’t be changed.
